Mountain Bldg Demolition LLC are a multi-disciplined contractor who put safety at the forefront of any
project, with over 25 years’ experience in the demolition, asbestos and refurbishment industries you can

Our highly skilled and experienced workforce are trained to the highest ability, with a Directors hands on
approach Mountain staff have the back up and support required to complete projects in a safe, efficient
and professional manner for which we have become recognized for.
Within our business activities and site operations Mountain are committed to excellence in all aspect of
health, safety, environmental and quality management.
Our company objectives are simply stated, no defects, no accidents, no harm to people and no damage
to the environment. Through detailed planning and implementations our aims are to minimize impacts
on our projects to include but not limited to residents, communities, and ecology.
We work with a broad range of clients in both private and public sectors many who have been clients over
25 years. Over the years we have been Principal Contractor of a variety of projects ranging from
demolition of industrial units, schools, offices, hospitals, warehouses, residential homes, swimming pools
and many varied demolitions on projects in city centers.
Mountain are committed to the minimization of waste and continually review processes and procedures
to ensure any materials that can be recycled, are, we currently achieve our 80% recycling policy.
Mountain operate a fleet of up to date excavators, access plant, skip wagons and associated mechanical
and non-mechanical plant. Our equipment is well maintained, tested and on site as required to complete
each contract. We have an extensive in-house fleet of modern, fully maintained high-tech plant and
machinery and a directly employed trusted team of industry experts we can readily provide every level of
service required, regardless of project size. This enviable resource, coupled with an exemplary health and
