To make way for the new development the client wanted to demolish the existing G+16 Floor tower for
the construction of G+83 Floor tower.

to the Emirates Tower on a busy road. There was an existing underground pump room which was to be
kept live till the building to be demolished. It was only 5 meters away from the building.
